Mr. Min Zhang 张敏

Mr. Zhang Min is a successful telecommunications entrepreneur who has founded and led multiple successful companies. He has founded and led several successful telecommunications companies, establishing strong partnerships with major operators such as China Telecom, China Unicom, and China Mobile. Mr. Zhang founded MP EXPRESS TELECOM in 2012 and co-founded MLD Star Chain Cloud Technology in 2022.

Mrs. Hai Ping Xue 薛海平

Mrs. Xue Haiping, a graduate of Fujian University in China, is a senior expert in the international telecommunications industry. She founded the London Chinese Communications Company in 2012 and co-founded MLD Star Chain Cloud Technology in 2022. Since 2020, Mrs. Xue has served as the Vice President of the Global Chinese Entrepreneurs Union in the UK, and in 2023, she also became the Vice President of the UK Chinese Business Promotion Association, contributing to Sino-British trade cooperation.

薛海平女士，毕业于中国福建大学，是一名资深的国际通信行业专家。薛女士于2012年创立了伦敦华人通讯公司，并于2022年共同创立了MLD星链云科技公司。薛女士自2020年起担任英国环球华商联合会副会长，并于2023年起兼任英国华商促进会副会长，为促进中英经贸合作贡献力量。

Mr. Zhang Zhen 张振

Mr. Zhang Zhen is a network communications professional with extensive experience in the global telecommunications industry. He holds key leadership roles at MLD and several Chinese chambers of commerce. Mr. Zhang founded London Ping’an Telecom Company in 2007 and, since 2022, has served as the Vice President of the Global Chinese Entrepreneurs Union in the UK and the Risk Control Director of MLD Company in the UK.

张振先生是一位具有丰富国际电信行业经验的网络通信专家。他在MLD公司及多个中国商会中担任重要领导职务。张先生于2007年创立了伦敦平安电讯公司，并在2022年起担任英国环球华商联合会副会长和英国MLD公司风控总监。

Mr. Shawn Wang 王朔光

Mr. Shawn Wang is a financial advisor at MLD, a Chartered Accountant with a PGDip in Financial Strategy from Oxford University. He founded YWC LLP and has over 20 years of experience in accounting, tax planning, auditing, and corporate finance. Shawn also provides consultancy services to UK FCA regulated firms.

Mrs. Pei Xin Guan 关佩欣

Mrs. Pei Xin Guan is a Sun Yat-sen University graduate and has multiple years of experience in international sales and import-export trade. In 2005, Mrs. Guan founded the non-profit organisation “Sunshine Art School”. Mrs. Guan holds the positions of Director of External Affairs and Head of the Secretariat, overseeing the company’s external relations, fostering strategic partnerships, and managing communications with key stakeholders.

关佩欣女士毕业于中山大学，并拥有多年的国际销售和进出口贸易经验。2005年，关女士创办了非营利组织 “阳光艺术学校”。关女士担MLD公司任外事总监及秘书处负责人，负责监督公司的外部关系，促进战略合作伙伴关系，并管理与关键利益相关者的沟通。

Mr. Abdul Samir Shadab 王力

Mr. A. Samir Shadab holds an MSc in Management from Tsinghua University and serves as the Business Secretary of MLD. Mr. Shadab brings several years of management experience with international companies, along with extensive civil society involvement. In addition to overseeing the company’s business operations, Mr. Shadab ensures compliance with corporate legislation and manages potential partnerships with international companies.

A. Samir Shadab（王力）先生拥有清华大学管理学硕士学位，并目前担任MLD公司的商务秘书。王先生拥有多年国际公司管理经验，并在公民社会领域有广泛的参与。除了负责公司业务运营外，王先生还确保公司遵守企业法律法规，并管理与国际公司的潜在合作伙伴关系

Mr. Shafaqat Ali Sandhu 阿里

Mr. Ali is a Solicitor of England, Wales, and Ireland, and an Advocate at the High Court of Pakistan. He holds an LLM from ARU Cambridge and a Postgraduate Diploma from Queen Mary University of London. He specialises in Commercial Law, Property, Immigration, Copyright, EU Law, and Arbitration. Mr. Ali provides legal advice to MLD on international business matters, contract agreements, and other related areas.

阿里先生是英格兰、威尔士和爱尔兰的律师，也是巴基斯坦高等法院的辩护律师。他拥有剑桥ARU的法学硕士学位和伦敦玛丽女王大学的研究生文凭。他专长于商法、房地产、移民、版权、欧盟法以及仲裁事务。阿里先生为MLD提供国际商务事务、合同协议及其他相关领域的法律建议。
