MLD Star Chain Cloud Technology (UK) Co., LTD is a UK-based company dedicated to sustainable technology solutions. Founded in 2022, we connect the UK, China, and global partners to tackle climate change and environmental issues. We place particular emphasis on cooperation with developing countries and regions. As overseas Chinese entrepreneurs, we are dedicated to showcasing Chinese technological innovations and products on the global stage, helping them gain recognition and success in international markets. Currently, we are carrying out energy and infrastructure cooperation projects with multiple African countries, and some projects have already been successfully completed.

On September 9, 2022, MLD Star Chain Cloud Technology (UK) Co., Ltd. was established by Mrs. Xue Haiping (Managing Director) and Mr. Zhang Min (CEO). The company is built on the foundation of an expert UK international telecommunications network team, integrating advanced technological resources from world-renowned educational institutions. Our mission is to leverage these resources to strengthen partnerships and carry out infrastructure projects across Europe, the Americas, and Africa, particularly in sectors such as national power grids, healthcare, and public infrastructure.

MLD星链云科技（英国）有限公司于2022年9月9日成立，由薛海平女士（董事长）和张敏先生（首席执行官）共同创办。公司基于英国国际电信网络专家团队，整合了来自世界知名教育机构的先进技术资源。 我们的使命是利用这些资源加强合作伙伴关系，开展覆盖欧洲、美洲和非洲的基础设施项目，尤其是在国家电网、医疗保健和公共基础设施领域。

The Belt and Road Initiative has presented new opportunities for overseas Chinese. MLD aims to introduce advanced British technology to China while helping Chinese companies to 'go global,' achieving mutual benefits. The company actively promotes cooperation between China and the UK in environmental technology. The CEO of MLD believes that overseas Chinese businesspeople should fully leverage their networks and business experience to contribute to the Belt and Road Initiative.
